We’re looking forward to introducing you to our new cookbook “Don’t Say Curry.”

Don’t Say Curry is a new culinary concept that simplifies the centuries-old art of Indian cooking for both novice and experienced cooks. Our mission is to demonstrate the universal appeal of healthy and basic cooking, to bring it close to the heart and back to the kitchen.

People often think of Indian cooking as complicated, requiring lots of ingredients and exotic spices. My basic recipes, ready-to-use spice blend, fresh ingredients and your imagination will easily bring satisfying meals to your table. You will no longer need a collection of spices that you rarely use in the kitchen.

I have invited countless people for dinner to prove my point. It’s about time I tell the whole world that Indian cuisine is not about curry. So, please, with all due respect, “Don’t Say Curry.”
