- Vegetarian: Learn how to mix and match vegetables – which vegetables makes best partners in the pan. There will be one seasonal vegetable and at least .Three vegetables will be utilized.
- Lentils: Class will be focused on Lentils, beans and finishing touches. How to mix and mach lentils with meats and vegetables how healthy lentils and bean salads can become part of your everyday diet.
- Chicken: Class will be focused on grilling a variety of chicken and kabob recipes. How to mix and match grilling with vegetables, How to make salads and wraps from left over grilling

Indian breads:
Basic Indian breads are simple pan to plate concept, every one makes it at home.
Weather you know it as Roti, Chapatti or , Phulka are one and the same thing.
One recipe to make dough will take you a long way. Whole wheat flour and water
is all you need. Rest you will be learning in the class.
We will be making 4 different styles of breads from one dough we make in the
class.
Fritters: Making a variety of fritters by incorporating Gram Flour (Basen). Fritters are great appetizers and finger food for any occasion. Varity of Vegetables and Chicken will be used along with gram flour.
Fish: Indian spices and cooking styles bring fish alive in the plate that enlighten your pallet. Grilling, searing and making variety of different sauces will give you a new dimension to fish eating
